The L300 features a 300-gallon insulated tank available in trailer-mounted or skid-mounted configurations to suit any job site requirement. The trailer configuration measures 12 feet 1 inch long with electric brakes and emergency brake-away system, while the skid configuration measures 8 feet 10 inches long for mounting on a truck bed or service vehicle.
4.8 HP Honda Engine with 300,000 BTU Propane Burner
The L300 is powered by a reliable 4.8 hp Honda engine driving a 7-gallon-per-minute asphalt pump for consistent tack coat application. The one 300,000 BTU propane burner with 40 lb propane fuel tank maintains material temperature throughout the workday, while the 50-300°F temperature gauge with adjustable angle faceplate monitors material condition.
40-Foot Heavy-Duty Recoil Hose Reel with 6-Foot Wand
The L300 includes a 40-foot heavy-duty recoil hose reel and a 6-foot wand with cold handles, on/off valve, and removable spray tip for precise tack coat application in all areas. The 1-inch rear tank sampling valve, 7-gallon flush tank with suck-back valve, and 4-inch clean-out fitting ensure easy maintenance and material management.
