The L600 features a 600-gallon insulated tank available in trailer-mounted (15 feet 8 inches long) or skid-mounted (12 feet 8 inches long) configurations. The larger tank capacity reduces the number of refill trips on large parking lots and commercial paving projects, while electric brakes and an emergency brake-away system ensure safe trailer operation.
4.8 HP Honda Engine with 300,000 BTU Propane Burner
The L600 is powered by a reliable 4.8 hp Honda gas engine driving a 7-gallon-per-minute asphalt pump for consistent tack coat application. The one 300,000 BTU propane burner with 40 lb propane fuel tank maintains material temperature throughout the workday. The 50-300°F temperature gauge monitors material condition for optimal application.
40-Foot Recoil Hose Reel with 5-Foot 2-Inch Wand
The L600 includes a 40-foot heavy-duty recoil hose reel and a 5-foot 2-inch wand with on/off valve for precise tack coat application. The 1-inch rear tank sampling valve, 7-gallon flush tank, and 4-inch clean-out fitting ensure easy material management and maintenance. Optional accessories include spray bar, insulated tank, and overnight heat systems.
