The LeeBoy Maximizer 2B asphalt distributor delivers uniform tack coat application with a 12-foot fully circulating folding spraybar and a 400-gallon-per-minute Viking asphalt pump. 12-Foot Fully Circulating Folding Spraybar
The MAX2B features a 12-foot fully circulating folding spraybar with two 4-foot center sections and two 2-foot hydraulic folding wings, allowing application without extensions. The exclusive two-way spraybar breakaway system with safety-relieving feature protects against obstructions in both forward and reverse. Brass slotted nozzles on 4-inch centers provide a triple overlap fan spray pattern for uniform coverage.
400 GPM Viking Pump with Enviro-Flush Clean-Out
The MAX2B uses a Viking positive displacement pump delivering 400 gallons per minute for fast, consistent tack coat application. The Enviro-Flush clean-out system circulates material through the asphalt pump, valves, distributing lines, and spraybar, returning material to the tank for later use or disposal. The 25-gallon clean-out capacity ensures thorough system flushing between applications.
Plus+1 CAN Bus Controls with 12 Preset Application Rates
The MAX2B features automatic in-cab Plus+1 CAN Bus controls with a 7-inch 800×480 high-resolution color display showing FPM, GPM, total feet sprayed, total gallons sprayed, total square yards sprayed, application rate, tank temperature, and hour meter. Twelve preset application rates for instant retrieval and radar horn speed and distance monitoring ensure accurate application regardless of spraybar width or spraying speed.
